Laredo Walmart Hosts a Big Texas Kickoff for the Walmart Campaign

The Walmart and Sam’s Club campaign kicked off Monday August 27th. Miss America Cara Mund celebrated with the Laredo Texas Walmart associates who raised more than $117K last year and have set a goal for $120K this year. They used the opportunity to start raising funds for a photo with Miss America, went live on Facebook,  had the Mayor, the constable, two TV stations, the newspaper and radio station out to the event and of course  lots of excited Walmart associates and leadership on hand.
