Thank You, Trinity University: TigerThon!

This past Saturday, students from across Trinity University’s campus came together to show off their favorite dance moves while raising funds for The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio!

The Trinity University Dance Marathon, known as TigerThon, raised an astounding $31,719! Over 50 students gathered for a fun day filled with fundraising, games, and of course – DANCING! Patient Ambassadors, Holly, Heather, and Camilla, joined in on the action to help spread the word about The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio.

“The TigerThon is the perfect example of our community coming together to support our mission. The student leaders put their heart and soul into each event and it shows. I couldn’t be more proud of each of these outstanding individuals,” said Heather Fortune, philanthropy specialist at The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation.

Since 2018, Trinity students have been fundraising for our patients and families through their main TigerThon event, with additional fundraising events throughout the year. Students participate in a volleyball tournament, trivia, give back nights, and so much more, all in the spirit of fundraising!

Thank you, Trinity University students, for another incredible year! We can’t wait to see what TigerThon 2023 has in store! We’re so grateful for each of you and the impact you’re making on so many little lives.
