Security Service Federal Credit Union Donates More Than $24,000 To Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals
Donations will help children in need of medical care and treatment
Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) recently partnered with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) to collect funds in all areas where SSFCU operates, with all funds benefiting local children’s hospitals. The credit union worked with CMNH co-founder Marie Osmond on public service announcements and collected donations at all Security Service branches in Texas, Colorado, and Utah, during the month of March.
“Children’s hospitals are a vital resource in our communities,” said Brandy Ralston-Lint, senior vice president of corporate communications for Security Service Federal Credit Union. “We are proud to partner with CMNH and their network of children’s hospitals in a way that allows the community to provide help and hope when families need it most.”
SSFCU’s highly anticipated CMNH campaigns began just before our world, nation, and communities were faced with the unprecedented pandemic of COVID-19. The pandemic added a layer of challenges to collecting donations, as families were asked to stay home and credit union members were re-routed from branch lobbies to drive-thrus. We are grateful for giving communities who still came through with a generous spirit! SSFCU collected and donated $24,166 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in the areas where it operates. Incredible!
Of the funds raised through the campaign, $7,530.48 will benefit The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio, your local CMN Hospital.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals raises funds and awareness for 170 member hospitals that provide 32 million treatments each year across the United States and Canada. Donations stay local to fund critical treatments and health care services, medical equipment, and charitable care.
